Janice knows that every practice has its own challenges, ambitions and people. Her work begins with understanding what an owner wants to achieve and what is getting in the way.
She has spent more than 37 years in practice management, supporting over 2,000 Canadian healthcare practice owners. Alongside consulting, she has shared that experience through books, articles, seminars and convention presentations.
Today, Janice is Practice Development Manager at Northbound Consulting Inc., bringing a long view of practice ownership to a new chapter.
